I tried booking flights online however due to seat availability this did not go through. I called and was put through to grace who helped me book the flights needed and tried to find the most competitive price.

Ayan was an absolutely gem. Nothing was too hard for him, and he stayed on the phone till everything was complete.

I waited 30 seconds before a human spoke to me and the human was Dhami and he was absolutely amazing to talk to and helped me with what I was looking for in next 30 seconds. I may have been on call amazed by the price I got for the flight and the service I received for the query within 2 minutes. And I'll say in this day and age, to have a resolution within 120 seconds these days says a lot about a company.

The only seats available online were in the middle which was definately not preferred as a single traveller (most distressing!). I realised once I was trying to check in online that my daughter's ticket had a problem. It was incorrectly entred as child ticket by globe hunters. Cathway pacific the airline that I was travelling with said pay £1200 to alter her ticket. I phoned globe hunters and Ethan was terrific he sorted the whole problem out and we managed to get all the boarding passes. He saved the holiday as we were travelling early the next morning.

They kept me informed and even called me to reassure me that everything was in order and that my e-ticket would be issued soon. In the end, everything was sorted, and I received my e-ticket. Overall, I had a good experience and appreciated the helpful and reassuring customer service.

I was at first skeptical...

I was at first skeptical of google flights recommending that I book a flight through a third party that was not through one of the normal places I have booked a flight before. I sat with the web page open for a while refusing to put my payment details in so as not to have my information stolen. After a couple of hours of coming back to the page, I decided to call the number and see if a person answered. I was pleasantly surprised when I was connected with Austin Richards. He not only informed me that my page had timed out, but he worked to get me the price that I had been contemplating despite it being timed out. I have received my ticket and am happy to say that I saved $8k on my one way business flight! Although i was at first skeptical, I can honestly say that I had an amazing experience with Globehunters!

Flight was cancelled

Unfortunately at the airport our flight with Cathay Pacific was cancelled. It was a very stressful day for me, not only loosing days of holiday and worried to loose my money as I paid £3k on our tickets. I contacted Globehunters to let them know what happened and Grace was there to sort everything out. Bless her, she may be stress too for sorting and rebooking our flight. I prayed that God will help Grace to sort out my case as I missed my flight with Malaysian Airlines that day when Cathay Pacific transfer my flight with them. Which is not my fault as I didn't know it was cancelled. Anyway the following day Grace managed to get us a new booking and we're flying on the 28th. Base on Grace response I may say that the service of this travel agency was excellent.

Globehunters fixed my problem

I found an amazingly low priced business class flight from China that had one seat available and booked it on Expedia, but the booking did not go through and the deal was no longer available. Luckily I had made my first attempt via Globehunters, and Roop Kumar rang me to see if I wanted to complete my original booking. He worked magic and found good price flights that no longer needed a stop in an extra city, for only a little more than my original find. Roop has an excellent phone presence and was easy to deal with.
